“Muh Pappy say I ain’t got to tie no Woke Belt!”

It’s like a warm Spice pie, Mua’dib.

Until some massive breakthrough in energy production is developed, nuclear energy is our only viable way forward.

I’ve never seen a company get it so wrong with one collectible popcorn bucket, and hit it out of the park with another (Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire) popcorn bucket just a few weeks later.

Well, here’s that $30k Tesla they promised us years ago...

Once the Scion xB went out of production, they all migrated over to the Kia Soul and haven’t looked back. Honestly, it’s easy to see why. They are easy to get in and out of, still relatively analog, have enough room to pick up the grandkids and their strollers, and can be afforded on a tight social security budget.

They simply cannot get enough of these piles o shit.

Or maybe it’s just Americans are suckers for the word ‘Sale’.  Remember JC Penney announced they were getting out of the sale game and lowering regular prices.  They had to go back because sales dropped.

For a guy who lives and dies by the loyalty, Trump will not hesitate to fuck over an underling to get what he wants. So many of his “friends” have sacrificed their careers and livelihoods to please this guy.

Because the EV market got saturated quickly and demand was met multiple times over. But somehow, people didn’t see that coming because Tesla was the only game in town and their sales/production ramp was pretty crazy. Almost like all the business folks at all the other OEM’s forgot business 101 from a supply/demand

Toyota’s bet on hybrids has been so succesful that you have to wait 18 months and pay dealer markup to get a Sienna hybrid. Why the Big 3 have abandoned hybrids (except Stellantis, which keeps building hybrids that break all the time) is absolutely beyond me.

Labor is surely the largest line item on the balance sheet for any rail operation. You want them to double their cost,... for what? The appearance of a safer operation?

Both Android and iOS randomize your MAC address by default for new connections, making tracking you this way impossible. The only thing these kiosks seem to be collecting is the number of devices in range, and based on signal strength and “dwell” time, whether somebody was close enough long enough to possibly actually

The Simpsons predicts it again:

That’s a lot of money to owe on a car for an early 20's person without an established career. Her payment is about what I pay for both my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle put together (but then we come in with money down and have good credit).

30k+ is an asinine amount of money for a single person working part time.

It was certainly the best looking third-gen body.  I wish they would bring back the hatch!  It might even look decent on the current model.

Yeah, still not convinced that making me wait even longer behind that horrible person with the list of 6 completely different customized sandwiches while the Subway employee slices 3 different kinds of meat for each one is going to to drastically improve my sandwich enough to make it worth it for me.

Gee, it’s like paying a monthly 2k rent, 1k car payment, $100 phone bill, $500 grocery bill, $300 in utility bills and $60 streaming bill are too much for the average person making $17 an hour. It’s almost as if this genius economic model us unsustainable in the long run...

I’m only an n=1 sample size but between password sharing crackdown and the whole “location relative to the account owner” thing, we’re whittling our subs down to just Gem and otherwise continuing to sail the high seas. For years, my siblings and I have each paid for a streamer or two and set up profiles for the others
