They commited suicide because they invested poorly in the medallion. No different than an investment banker who lost his money on a risky stock. Although I understand the rationale for creating it, I believe NYC is to blame for creating the artificial demand for the medallions.

I think what you’re trying to say is that most animal meat is delicious, which is the One True Take.

The fat, in my opinion, is what makes a ribeye awesome. It is delicious fat. You can’t eat it every day, and that only adds to the experience.
