I don’t think anyone is claiming it’s “a great win”. But any win that keeps our constitutional rights intact is good. Your argument is the same argument that keeps being used in regard to the ten commandments being on courthouse lawns. So you don’t want him spending his time to make a statement against religion and you don’t want him to be for religion, so you essentially just want to tell him to spend his time however you deem most worthwhile. Got it.
