Ford apparently had this crushing rig to test a car’s roof strength, figure out how they’d do in a rollover. The ‘04 GT got this treatment, and was apparently so rock solid it busted the damn machine.  

...I mean, hasn’t the story modes of these games always been the highlight?

I wish “junior” or “entry level” mean the same thing for everyone. I remember being disappointed with the “entry level” Mclaren 570s being a $200K full-on super-duper car, and not something along the lines of a Porshce Caymen/Chevy Corvette.

It deserves to win for the name alone.

Folks are saying Ford GT. I can’t help but see that mess GTA V made as a copyright-free version of the GT (link in case of kinja).

To be fair alot of GTRs went on to be converted to road-legal cars.
