I have one. Bought it many years ago and have a lot of happy miles on it. The bike is pretty great. Convenience is 2nd to none. The engine... sounds like a riding mower. Power is bleh. All of the lumpiness of a V-Twin, none of the torque.

I find it interesting that people keep talking about “Oil Subsidies” as some evil intent when it is just typical corporate tax deductions that every other industry also has.

Literally nothing special about the deductions they use to offset losses and costs.

In case anyone is wondering what they really are:

200 Lbs of motor in the rear is not much. The full gas tank weighs about 80. SO rip that out. When you figure in the fuel pumps, filler and assorted crap i bet you are pretty close to 100 lbs.

Now take the motor, that weighs about 300 lbs. Thats a lot of batteries....

I bet you can get the same weight with a MUCH…

Why is it that everyone thinks taxing things is a solution to anything? Ever? So the government can have even more of our money and waste it in new and even more stupid ways?

Yout can't possibly believe that the government is going to do a better job. They can't run ANYTHING! Please show me how nationalizing infrastructure worked out for Venezuela and Mexico... 

Perhaps I should have said Chauffeur License. IF you are transporting people for money (Taxi, Limo, Bus, Van, etc) you are supposed to have one.
