200 Lbs of motor in the rear is not much. The full gas tank weighs about 80. SO rip that out. When you figure in the fuel pumps, filler and assorted crap i bet you are pretty close to 100 lbs.

Now take the motor, that weighs about 300 lbs. Thats a lot of batteries....

Not a lot of people can handle the pace that a company like Tesla requires. As a business owner the best people you can get are the ones that are dedicated and willing to put in as much effort as I am. They are hard to find, but when you do, it is awesome.
