Same here.. except I don't pay it off at the end of the month. Rather I pay it off much more frequently.. ideally daily, but at least once every week. So it really becomes what I like to call a "debit card with hassle"

Only if you use them wrong. I treat my credit card like a debit card. I never spend more than I have in the bank and I pay it off 100% each month.
I use debit cards and that gives me rewards too. Lifehacker should do post on best reward bank account and debit card.
I absolutely disagree. Having a credit card is no different than having a debit card. The only problem with a credit card is the owner of the card. If you don't have enough self control and over charge your card, then yes you will get into trouble.
I have an Amazon credit card and pay it off in full every month. I…
This was my first thought when I read the headline. Credit cards are vacuous black holes that should be avoided where possible.
Working at Gawker Media is a dream job for many of the women on staff here at Jezebel. This is a place that takes…
Nole here. Hate you guys, but you need to hire Kliff Kingsbury for the good of your program.
Well this one got complicated because "anything by Grado" is not a valid nomination. We voted to fall back on the Grados nominated on Lifehacker, and those are discontinued, and their successor is unavailable at most retailers. You can find them here.

Didn't Kobe have Olajuwon personally teach him post-up Dream Shake moves? Nothing wrong with emulating the best.
Nice! My boyfriend has actually been considering the Leaf. Will pass along this info.
SD is right - that ain't happening.
I do taxes (on the side) for pending freelancers (at least here in the US) here is my advice.
yeah. it's tragic when people don't dislike you................
Check your AC voltage. I've sometimes seen household voltage at 128 - 130+ volts. There are bulbs for commercial / industrial buildings that are rated for 130v. That could be part of the problem you are having.
Yep I have the same issue. My house has an old electrical system so I don't get a clean current to some outlets. Some will make a CFL crackle and flicker like crazy. The ones I use outside also have a poor life I think due to humidity and temperature fluctuations.
I replaced all the lights in my house with these exact bulbs, the 60w version. About 16 of them total. The light is wonderful, and I haven't had any problems yet. It's been about 6 months.
You work for Deadspin. That shit's your bread and butter...
If this article was written with Linux newbies in mind then including Cygwin is weird since anyone who can figure out Unix command lines is a very advanced user and more than capable of learning DOS commands, as many of us did back in the 80's :)
I'm very much in love with my wife, thanks.
