It's actually saying that from the starting point, after 3.5 hours you'll be under .08. So, 30 minutes instead of 3.5 hours from "now." You can see it on the chart it provides after running the calculation.

More sleep is always better than less. You may feel more alert when you first wake up if you wait until midnight to fall asleep, but you'll feel better later in the day and for longer into the day, if you go to sleep earlier.

I'm using led lamps for over 10 years now and never had to replace a single light bulb. But scince the led bulbs I brought are supose to last much longer I cant say if they will last as long as they are hyped for.
