@angstman: I've never had a problem getting a refund from the App Store. Haven't done it often, but if I pay 99 cents for an app and there's 84 one star reviews on it, well, then shame on me anyways. But legitimate gripes have gotten me refunds.

Sounds like smart business to me. Regardless of confidentiality agreements, I wouldn't be sending them my ideas/wants/needs list for future tablets (iPads) to make designs for if they are also working their own tablets or another company's.
They coulda been a contender but they were slow to adapt. They are the weakest link.
