This is the man who launched a military operation on a populated college campus on US soil in an attempt to capture the Hulk, a creature that his pet project created. He’s not the best person to give lectures on fear or collateral damage.

I’m here for it. They got in his head early, which isn’t exactly surprising because it’s Westbrook, but we need every angle we can get.
