If you think about it, all superhero stories are just a subgenre of fantasy with some very specific rules on the "magic system". I totally see the Mistborn as superhero/villain figures within the stories, both by the way they act, and by the way people in the stories regard them.

Spider-Man is popular enough of a character that I'm sure it would work, but it seems like the sort of thing that is made for confusing mainstream audiences.

My vote goes to the action hero we deserve:

Raiders of the Lost Ark
