Just watched Foxcatcher last night (Tatum played Olympic wrestler Mark Schultz to Stgeve Correll’s creepy John Dupont).
It was a crap movie, but Tatum did an admirable job of acting. It raised my expectations considerably.

IIRC, she was “de-powered” during that run, and turned into a PI solving more mundane crimes and addressing social issues in a way that a super couldn’t.
As said above, the stories were pretty “bleah.”

I think one of the top reasons Fury Road was the best of the three and Genisys was the worst of the three (besides the ability to spell) was that Fury Road did not decide to “develop” its characters and props, or “evolve” the key elements that made its predecessors work so well.
