Kinda my point.
Kinda my point.
But why is she wearing a diaper?
Is Black Canary incontinent in the TV show?
Does anyone believe that this was not a deliberate trap to draw some foolish wannabe jihadis into range of her private assassins?
Sure she thinks it went great. She bagged two and lost none.
I just hope she gives fair warning prior to her next incitement so I can be sure to be far far away.
Tidally locked just means rotation equals revolution (but you knew that), it does not mean that the tidal forces of the varying orbital speeds of the inside face and the farside face are not exerting huge pressure on the planet.
What’s truly amazing is that it hasn’t been shattered by tidal forces yet. Excessive vulcanism would be a symptom of the immense pressures such a tight/fast orbit would exert, for sure.
Someone on the Interwebs suggested that she was the mother of Qucksilver’s kid. If so, that would be interesting. She was certainly a standout among the extras, otherwise.
Did Tony mention who the blonde woman with the kid in Sokovia is? The kid Quicksilver protects? She’s only on-screen a couple of times, but really, er, stands out.
I agree completely.
Aw, Mijo.
Longshot: Does anyone know who the blonde woman in Sokovia is (shown running with a boy later rescued by Hawkeye and Quicksilver - her brother? son?) ?
I cannot find her in the credits, but she really stands out in the two or three shots she is in. Distractingly so, as if one is supposed to know who she is in relation…
He used to be Obi-Wan, but he put his eye out with a laser.
Yeah, cause when I think to myself, “Who could play a thoughtful-son-of-hippies who is more teacher than leader?” my mind just instantly snaps to Channing Tatum.
Of course, with a snapped mind, I tend to imagine a lot of bizarrely inappropriate crap.
Thanks. I checked the casting on IMDB and you are of course correct. Just looks odd these days. I miss the floral dresses.
Absolutely.
This kind of reminds me of a poser I have never heard adequately explained:
All of the stars, galaxies, galaxy clusters and superclusters are in motion. Our perception of that motion is distorted by the distance - it takes centuries/millenia/aeons for us to perceive them, so by the time we see a more distant…
You sure that’s still Ruth Negga? She looks and sounds so different, and I heard she was leaving the show for some Western ... but I guess that’s just the prosthetics.
Scopes are not for shooting.
Lots and lots of bullets are for shooting.

What that first step! It’s a 20-mile drop!
Which Cosmonaut is that?
This is the first space picture that mesmerized me. I remember Earthrise. I remember the Earth reflected in the Apollo visor, I remember Glen hanging outside his capsule holding that ridiculous jet gun ... all amazing. But this ... I looked and wondered what it was, and when I realized what it was, I was stunned.
