Keanu?

Dig them crazy ruins.

Yeah, makes sense with the armor and all.
Thank you.

Anyone know who the doughy looking yellow guy is? I recognized everyone else, but this fellow is a stumper.

Absolutely not, unless you are implying that Japanese Corporations and their relation to their government are products of Western civilization. While we may have given them the ideas for representative government and impersonal collective economic structures, the Japanese versions of both government and corporation

Ah.
The Kingsmen movie opens.

Farrell.
It was Will Farrell who took a cool memory from my childhood, dropped his pants and pooped all over it.
Such a humorist. Such wit.

Old Kinderhook could spell very well, once you take into account that English spelling was not standardized yet.
But that's OK.

I agree that secrecy is a necessary function of government, however when it is misapplied to corporate face-saving, or (as here) to conceal some avoidable danger from the public - and the key word is "avoidable" - then it is an evil practice not to be tolerated.

Yeah. One of the least admirable characteristics of the Japanese culture, to my admittedly Western sensibilities.
However, since I am only able to honestly promulgate and defend my own sensibilities, I feel okay in saying, "shame shame shame."
Oh, and did I mention, "SHAME!!"

Shame on those who knew and allowed themselves to be silenced. Scandal detests light, and even a tiny flame (say, a flyer or billboard or post-card campaign) could have prevented thousands of needless poisonings.
That, and a regulatory agency that believes its clientele is the public and not the corporations.

Pleasant debating with you.
I still hope the shows return to the amazing quality I have come to expect.
You may replace "return to" with "maintain" for your purposes.

Cheers.

Yeah. Well.

And to the point:
I disagree with you on a lot of these points.

I went to my dictionary to see if "devastating" had alternate meaning.
Nope.

Kind of off topic, but I can't wait for the recap story:

No credit for that POS.
I will concede that the best LinS and HGttG robots were the television versions (which is sad, really) and therefore were ineligible for the contest. My confusion, if such it was, stemmed from the inclusion of movie robots that I only ever met through late-night Creature Feature shows on TV,

Disappointed. No real Robot from Lost in Space (just that idiotic shoutout), and ditto with Marvin the Paranoid Android from Hitchhiker's Guide.
I also question whether a great many of these (Cyborg, the Russell Crow as a computer-generated holo, Ghidra, and so forth) are robots, at all.

Still, Robbie the Robot for the

That vast fortune and cheap K-Mart tube socks are all he can afford?

I thought it was supposed to be a tiger with a goiter.
