No. This is a fundamental misrepresentation of how criminal law operates. A prosecutor is not the lawyer of the accuser. They represent the state. They are lawyers for the government. The prosecution is being carried out on behalf of the state.

Actually, the burden of proof is on the Crown/Prosecution, not the accuser. The accuser's testimony forms part of the evidence, but they don't have to prove anything.

How about, don't make inappropriate sexual comments to a colleague who you don't have a personal relationship with? How about, the simple fact that a woman talks to a man does not give him free reign to make disgusting comments about their respective genitalia and how they should engage in sexual activity?
