I agree . . . I picked up a Pixie machine on clearance and maybe use mine once a week for a latte or cappuccino. If you are an everyday latte type, then just bite the bullet and get a fully automated Gaggia or Saeco, better coffee results and probably cheaper in the long run.

I had an ‘86 Maxima as as my first car, and loved it. I think there was a fuel injection system recall and we could never get it balanced quite right after a crater sized pothole. But other than that and the horrid gas mileage, it was a great car.

My method, tablespoon or two of dry Dishwasher detergent, and add a couple of ounces of hot water, commence shaking the crap out of it. If you want to vomit, dump it into a clear glass to see the residue. Repeat (washing, not vomiting) until clear.

I do the spin method myself. Usually works unless i start spinning too fast.

Damn, was hoping to see some talk of plants you can use around the yard and deck/patio area that possibly help keep mosquitos at bay. I had read types of geranium, and rosemary bushes seem to help. But I guess this is an Outdoors blog not a backyard blog, :).
