I have a similar method, but use oxyclean.  I just keep a cheap restaurant sugar pourer under the sink, sprinkle a couple tablespoons and add some super hot water, and sparkles in an hr or two.

I prefer the Kraft 3-cheese with shells. But my wife did make some doctored regular mac and cheese today for my son . .. with a bit of cream cheese, a slice of white american cheese, and some extra milk and pasta water to moisten it up a bit. Was tasty.

My favorite simple trick: Formula in top cell next to a column of data, double click the tiny box in the bottom right of that selected cell and it will automatically populate the cells below with that formula.

I try to recycle as much as I can but the whole taking the paper off of those plastic bag type shippers is a PITA. If removal is the general rule, I guess i will just start chucking them in the trash . . sigh.

I was my thinking the same thing but was not sure. I might just have to try this . . . would be an awesome easy meal for the kids (assuming they like it). Pick up a rotisserie, boil some pasta, and grab the jar out of the fridge . . . done.
