30 - 70 is actually optimistic. If I read correctly that’s including all areas at work like HR and Accounting. I know among developers I have never been in a company where we go over 10%.

Women are not always favoured. And if you go a bit back in your statement where you say that women are not choosing to go into STEAM you are negating the rest of your statement in a funny way.

Congratulations on working on so many great places. I have been in a total of 2 places out of 7 where I was treated like a normal human being, and not the pretty girl that knows nothing or were I haven’t experience sexism of some kind. Just because your particular experience is like that, doesn’t mean is the norm.

The tech industry IS sexist. As a woman in the tech industry you see it all the time. It just so happens that most guys don’t notice or care.
