The Zags hung tough, and still let Ohio State have numerous chances. They will need to seriously clamp down to have a realistic shot to upset, IMO.

Chuck looked awfully puzzled right there as Greg tried to get him to recite the lyrics to One Shining Moment. At the same time, that might be as alert as Chuck will be all day.

Having to shift Rick to the 5 instead of having AO there really hurt. I was actually in Tokyo watching that game through my Slingbox back here in the US. It was a bummer to lose and wonder what-if for a long time afterward. As for this season, yeah. I had a hard time as well. I also just moved them to the Final

I don't know if Fab will be back. A lot of talk about him not. Who knows with Dion as well. I just have a bad feeling he is gone, where one more year would make him a top-5 pick (Dion, that is).

Hells. A friend got me hooked. 1 to 1.5 cup oats boiling for about 25-30 minutes, 4T brown sugar and a ton of blueberries and/or strawberries. Divide up into portions and throw in the fridge, then you're ready for weekday breakfasts. Definitely worth the extra time to make it up, IMO.

Ten years ago I think I remember picking up Nirvana's MTV Unplugged at the record store in the mall. On the day it was released.

Fabricio de Melo works in mysterious ways, Sir!

Ever tried steel cut oats? Huge fan. Takes a little longer to cook but they taste great. Mix in a little brown sugar and fruit of your choice. I bet PB&J also works great as well.

They certainly have less room for error. Get behind by 15 or so and that will be nearly impossible to dig out from under. I think we'll see more pressing, but not M2M. They just don't play it and I don't see Jimmy switching to it at all.

I expect nothing less from a UConn guy.

I'd have loved to see Mattingly stay healthy. My favorite player on the Yankees as I was growing up, everyone in my family loved him. He was the Yankees to me as a kid.

FSU had some great wins this year, and I think they are a team with a realistic shot, but they're hit or miss. Agree with you on OSU having a better shot than before at the Final Four. If we can get to an OSU/SU regional, that would be great. Maybe Syracuse can find Rick Jackson a few more games of eligibility to

Had Labatt's early on and just love it as a go-to. Always stock up when I'm back home in NY! Amazing how expensive it is down here in DC.

To my Syracuse basketball friends DUAN:

Doug Gottlieb, what are you doing here?

I'm with you, Sir. Great seasons don't always come along every season. This will be a tough one to overcome. I wonder how the rest of the team and staff feel, beyond let down. I do think they'll pull together as best they can ... because I don't see them just pouting and quitting.

Yeah, I'm with you. There's no right answer, unless somehow they can run into an upstart team that has finally run out of gas! I have no idea. There are so many great teams in the top 10-15 that could all do serious damage.

Wow, thanks for the suggestion. I enjoyed Old Boy ... the wife not so much.

Syracuse vs. Michigan St or Kansas in a Regional ... who would you rather have them play? Neither is appealing.

What a beast he is. Michigan State is primed for a deep B10 and NCAA run.
