I’d argue a vast majority of the public, “non-car people”, have no idea what luxury means in the automotive world and are impressed by the most mundane features.

Seriously. I’ve always been jealous of countries like Sweden that require drivers pass an intensive emergency/evasive maneuver course, along with a much more thorough overall training program.

Not to mention having to mount GoPros all over the exterior beforehand lol

Amazon currently does reward you by opting to have packages held/shipped later. Last I checked it’s a credit/instant discount program

Maybe it’s time to start enforcing a dedicated “delivery day” for households. Amazon rewards you for opting in to have all packages delivered on a single day, to reduce excessive next-day deliveries. Something akin to garbage day; On a specified day, you place a lockbin outside to collect all your packages (to

Not to drink the vaporware kool-aid, but this makes me curious what Apple’s car will be capable of delivering. As far as I know, Apple would be the only other manufacturer capable of using custom inhouse chips

If I were a dealer I’d post crazy listing over sticker knowing sites like Jalop will have a heyday with it and generate free traffic to our site...

Reminds me of what Genesis is doing, which seems to get shitted on a lot for some reason. I personally like it 🤷

I rented one of these on Turo years ago and recall it being surprisingly fun and capable

Are we talking standard rolling stops, or California rolling stop? As someone who runs in LA, I fucking DESPISE rolling stops. Only a fool assumes that someone will stop for you while jogging across an intersection. The only good thing is being able to flip them off and bang on their hood and watching them bow in

They announced it back in 2015, they still stand by it though. If you Google "Volvo autonomous liability" there's a few articles about it.

If there aren’t indicator lights, then I’d hope Volvo wouldn’t be foolish enough to hide or manipulate if a car was/wasn’t in autonomous mode during a crash. Imagine being the driver, getting into a crash when it’s in autonomous mode, and Volvo lying to your face knowing full well there’s a black box proving

Plus, let’s not forget Volvo has agreed to hold all liability when their vehicles are in autonomous mode. I’m sure that’s part of the reason legislation is giving it the OK.

Putting all your eggs in 1 basket is a risk, but if developed correctly I can see the pros outweighing the cons.

Space has no time for industrial designers lol
