Just for comparison, an F150 Lightning can be leased for $0 down $450/mo. And you won’t get flipped off or keyed everywhere you go!

Aren’t most rickshaws man-powdered? How is going electric any more sustainable?
Thanks for admitting you get off on trolling people.
1. Yes. But they’re in Tennessee where it’s allowed (after an inspection approval)
I support this economy
I’d guess because they’re making America products engineered by American companies. In that sense, the same logic applies. We banned Huawei, ZTE, Hikvision, Dahua, and Hytera for the same reasons.
This. If China forces foreign manufacturers to partner with domestic China manufacturers, then why can’t we just do the same? GM is already building Chinese cars, just bring those over here and call it a day.
We’ll be using slave (prison) labor soon enough for the exact same thing.
What about China cars built in Mexico?
Good thing the Ioniq is better in about every way and $100 cheaper 😅
The front is the new Hyundai Nexo
I don’t hate it - at least Honda is finally trying. I’m just curious how this will play out with Honda + Nissan + Afeela. Are they all going to be using a shared platform? I know Honda is supposed to release solid state batteries with a new gigacast manufacturing method - is this that? Afeela only has a range of 300mi…
Nissan is also releasing just as nice cars, despite struggling sales - the new Kicks and Murano are especially compelling
I’m sure Valmet is capable, I’m just saying outsourcing a main component like battery dev is a bottleneck no matter what. If Porsche had full control they could implement changes ASAP and expedite the process.
He couldn’t splurge on a Sapphire?
This is why EV manufacturers who produce and engineer their own packs (like BYD) will succeed in the long-term. Outsourcing a key component to someone else is nothing but a bottleneck full of compromises; it’d be like if Porsche outsourced their flat-6. Valmet is fine enough, but they’re only really experienced in…
It wouldn’t look as good as an ICE. The proportions and massive interior space are only possible because it’s a dedicated EV
It’s def a styling choice, but tapered backs are mostly for aerodynamics to reduce drag and improve fuel economy.
People like to shit on the Aztek but it was ahead of its time and would probably kill it in the market today. People nowadays bend over backwards for anything that’s designed for camping or “the outdoor” lifestyle, and the Aztek is basically a tent on wheels.
This just look like a lesser trim with the less fancy center console. Hyundai splits up a lot of features per trim; my Ioniq 5 Limited has a completely different sliding console than just 1 trim down. I’m gonna guess the bench seat is for the base trim (like it is on trucks) or maybe even a dealer installed option
