I don’t think that’s their intent. All they did was release some artsy fashion commercial and people assume it’s for the gays and bring out the pitchforks. I think that’s hilarious. But if that is the case, then I do think there could be a demographic and it’s not destined for failure.

That honestly just makes me want it more. It’s like the Cybertruck for liberals 😂

The top and bottom rear grille lights up, look at the blue car in the main image

It’s growing on me. Rather quickly, actually. Mostly because I love how insecure it makes men feel. When Cadillac rebranded to cater to rapers and Football players it was OK but god forbid someone cater to gays and women? That’s punk AF if you ask me. Plus it’s better looking than the Celestiq and 1/4 the price. I

You’re asking engineers to be designers, what do you expect lol

I disagree on the Ioniq 6. Everyone says it’s awkward but all I see is a modern day Saab 900 and that’s no bad thing.

As a project manager, if I tried to pull that with clients I’d be out on the street lol

150 rolls of duct tape to stop a speeding Lambo is pretty impressive... for duct tape lol.

If only roads were in a vacuum of darkness 😔

True, but doesn’t give them an excuse to be inefficient. For reference, the new massive Lucid Gravity is targeting 450mi with a 115kw pack and over 800hp with a weight around 6k lb. The Hummer SUV manages 100 miles less with double the battery size and 3k lb heavier.

Not necessarily. The goal should be reducing weight and improving aerodynamics in order to increase range - which leads to smaller/cheaper/lighter batteries. Look at the Ioniq 6, Lucid Sapphire or Aptera. GM is lazy in this aspect and is just throwing giant batteries to solve the issue.

I never understood the argument for 100% vision. I’ve heard people counter saying “humans are the best drivers and use 100% vision; it’s tested and works”. True, but humans also use other combined senses, and last I checked I can’t see in the dark or through a snow storm.

But the Hummer is heavy because it requires a 200+kwh pack in order to achieve decent efficiency. They could throw in the hummer’s 1000hp trimotor, but if they keep the current 100kwh pack then the Lyriq would barely manage 150mi. Throw in the Hummer’s same pack and you’re looking at a 10,000 lb Lyriq. It’s a classic c

But wouldn’t they would also need to double the battery capacity to match the Hummer’s and maintain acceptable efficiency? Not sure I’d want a 10k lb 1000hp crossover

Out of Spec is one of the few reviewers that gets a pass on this IMO. They’re very unbiased and provide legit real world testing, Tesla and non-Tesla alike. They “own” like 10 cars including a Polestar 1; they’re financially fine.

The Model 3 Highland should have been completely updated with this styling, with the Model 2 being the coupe version, and the Taxi being a service run by Tesla

Vinfast has produced tons of cars in other markets, only the VF8 is sold stateside. Don’t forget Vinfast as a whole is in more ways than not, Vietnam’s entire economy. They won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Ladies and gentlemen, the robotaxi you’ve all been waiting for!!

China. The good vans have gone to China.

I didn’t say anything about design being relevant to this truck. Just that the next time someone asks “do we need a designer?” I'll l show them this truck which clearly was all engineers and accountants
