Washington easily has the best defense of the four teams. The question is if their offense can keep pace.

UW wins by 6. The SEC quit playing defense in 2012.
Obamas approval rating in the US is only about 54%. Many see him as a president who championed a health care law that became nothing more than a poor tax accompanied by insufficient health care coverage. A president who implemented a widespread domestic spying program. Botched the Iraq withdrawal while escalating US…
You know that the rest of the world considers American conservatism to be the same as “classical liberalism.” And it doesn’t really stand for the things you say it does.
Washington has mandatory recycling. They actually look through your trash and fine you if recyclables aren’t in the blue bin.
My dentist literally told me not to worry about quitting. That warning signs of mouth cancers are so easily detectable that anyone who gets annual checkups is st very little risk. Also, name another baseball player who died of smokelss tobacco related cancer. If more than 50% of ball players use it, why aren’t more…
Why are you putting constraints on this rediculous fantasy? Has it occurred to you that I transported with a giant bunker of ammo. Flanks? Artillery? There’s not a projectile from that era that can penetrate the M2A3 Bradley I brought.
I agree that the sheer numerical differnce gives them the advantage. It has nothing to do with guts or tactics. Now, a modern platoon with its full assortment of weapons could probably take down a civil war regiment (with class V resupply). Ever seen what a claymore mine does to a Cavalry troop?
I’ve been an instructor on both. Those are the effective ranges. Total ballistic range much longer.Hell, the USMC shoots at 500 meters in its basic M4 qualification. The average Infantryman can hit a human with lethality at 500 meters.
A single soldier can carry and employ an M60 or M240. They have bipods for this reason.
Several hundred yards, sure. But not the 550 meters the M4 is accurate to or the 1200 meters the M240 can engage at.
Theatre can be quite violent as well.
Sure, and I stand by the idea that the market always corrects. The recession was largely unavoidable as were the ones before it. No economic model has proven to be recession proof, capitalism is arguably faster to recover but it’s far from perfect.
Riiiight. Community identity is often tied to sports franchises. People enjoy entertainment. No one bitches when taxpayers fit the bill for a symphony hall or theater. Both serve private organizations.

To this day it’s the only major war where both armies were using (basically) the same battle rifle. Long live the FAL.
I’m sure it worked fine. Glad it did. Where was you BII?
The problem with the original leatherman is that if you add any force when squeezing the pliers, the edges of the handles dig into your hands. I like the gerber, it’s what the Army has always issued me and it seems a bit better add overall. I was issued a Leatherman MUt recently, but it’s sorta a complicated mess by…
Depends on the user. 16 years in the Army Infantry and am never without my Gerber multitool. Ive probably been issued 5 or 6 by now. Use the pliers frequently without issue. The blades a decent quality and the driver heads perfect.
