Eh, your loss. I guess giving up is the easier solution over tuning.

Then tune it and quit bitching. Dear lord, it's not hard.

Well, with the base tune I have set up for my C6R in Forza, I don't experience those kinds of issues with the car. You may want to tweek things so it's a bit more manageable. You can tune the cars in Forza, after all. They do that when they prep the car for that track in real life as well, you know?

You're right. At least Obama pulled troops out of Iraq... and sent them back to Afghanistan. Progress!

Well it's nice to see that you apparently know how the C6R drives, which is apparently like a car with lots of ground effects and not a GT2-derived GTE-class racecar. Such expert. Wow.

It's not that hard to drive. Just my opinion.

Yeah, but the current GT500 also weighs ~3,800lbs, and if the weight gain rumors are true, the next gen GT500 (if that's what they end up calling it) is going to be porkier.

I think it will. Considering the C7 platform is already starting off as a slightly rear biased weight distribution, and with Chevy using a smaller, more efficient blower, it'll probably be better set up for getting more weight transferred to the rear wheels on launch.

Bringin' back the old rivalries!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know you would like to come up with a witty response. I would too if I were you. Aside from that, if that's not what you care about in a game like Forza or Gran Turismo or any other sim-type game, then what's the point of playing it? Forza's previous version of the Nordschleife was godawful in terms of accuracy

Look, I know accuracy isn't your thing, based on how you didn't even know the configurations available even though you saw fit to make a spreadsheet on the subject, but some of us prefer that kind of thing on new racers. iRacing does it, and also Assetto Corsa does it. Why GT doesn't is beyond me since they would

Hey if you're fine with a less accurate recreation, that's fine by me. Also it's three configs available: 24h, GP, and Nordschleife. Just my honest opinion, but I would have been content with only the Nord, so multiple variations are just an additional thing to try out every once in a while. Fact still remains that

And now they have probably the most accurate recreation of the track out of any current racing game. I think I'd take that over reused PS2-era vehicle models, blacked out interiors on some cars, and only 5 "unique" engine noises that all sound like vacuums sucking up rocks.

Do it right like an F12, as in for a shitload of cash and with a high maintenance engine? Wow, what a fucking joke of an argument.

It's a great engine, but considering it weighs more than an LS3, puts out less power, gets crappier gas mileage, requires incremental valve adjustments, and will probably need a VANOS rebuild in the near future, I will probably be getting a second vehicle with an LS V8 as a regular driver so I can let it be a weekend

If GTR has always beaten Corvette, then why has it not always beaten Corvette? Both cars go back and forth on listed tracktimes. The hamburgerring isn't the only track in the world. Either way, considering the C7 Z06 is going to have more power, more mechanical grip, and substantial downforce this time around (ZR1
