I know this is a UK/EU release presser, but I'm hoping to get some confirmation that the Desire Z/G2 variant will be showing up on VZW in the US. All my smartphones have been HTC sliders (with exception of my current Imagio Assurion saddled me with) and I can't imagine owning anything else. Hoping this phone will

If VZW tries to lock out the main Android Marketplace I will be making damn sure the phone I upgrade to has at least a few very stable custom roms available.
