@Kaiser-Machead v.2.1.1: Soooo, Zune Marketplace (with web-streaming) for Apple? Minus the 10 downloadable tracks a month of course.

Where's the button for "FANBOY SMASH!"?

No biggee, if I can't see them they aren't there. Really.

@Delta Sierra: Duh! What do you thing all-natural means? :P

@DGTLHRT: Wow, that was so perfect. You are my hero of the day.

@RustyNeedle: So New York in the new Mexico? Wait, we have one of those too don't we? I'm so confused...

Wouldn't that thing be a danger to the environment?

@tasteskindasalty: I would have to agree with that, I think Bentley does a better job of dealing with dwg/dxf file than the other way around.

@kozjegyzo: I can't really blame them for starting over, it's the best thing they could have done the route WinMo 6.x was heading. Android proved you can be late to the game and succeed.

@hightouch: While I'm leaning toward Android for my next upgrade (leaving my 4th WinMo behind), I'm definitely becoming more interested in WP7. I think the apps will have a fast development time and be much more polished than people expect. As a Zune Marketplace user, a high spec HTC device with a keyboard and a good

@makoute: Where this window that has taken possession of a UI?

@ian.nai: Once you go smartphone you never go back. The small formfactor allows me you have a camera, internet device, phone, GPS, etc, etc with me at all times. Granted it doesn't do all those things as well as a stand-alone device would, and I don't need all that functionality all the time, but it's nice to have it

@complextinction: Reminds me of my final project for my CAD degree. We were using R13 and while everyone else was doing 3D screwdrivers and simple cars, I was taking the Transformer Grimlock apart and modeling him piece by piece.

@tasteskindasalty: But if you are gonna do DOE work (which there's still plenty of right now) you won't be doing it with Autodesk products. Bentley is the king 'round these parts.

@NuevoLeon aka MiRod407: I work for a large E&C firm and the Project Automation Group has recently mandated that all new projects are BIM models.

@zelannii: Why would you want a 12-core system for CAD/BIM? Seems excessive to me, and I'm currently working with a VERY complex facility model in BBS XM and our only real bottleneck is memory. Hopefully we'll be upgraded to V8i soon though, if I'm not mistaken it does take advantage of multiple cores, but we're only

@marco3: I don't see the value in opening full blown dwg files on an iPad. I would think printing PDFs would be a better solution (assuming there's a good PDF viewer for the iPad). A busy 2D (let alone 3D) AutoCAD file can bring a decent desktop to it's knees, hate to see what it would do to an iPad. The DOE project

@python2121: Maybe your old clients should learn how to use a computer. This meme of all Windows machines being spyware/virus magnets is pretty sad and lame at this point.
