I still think the Kia Forte is the best compact currently for sale.
The 3800 V6 is a very nice engine to have in one; I believe only the Silhouette and Tran Sport came with them. The 3100 was what was offered in the Lumina APV—it also had a crappier dash. The 3100 is a reliable-ish engine if babied, but it is BEYOND gutless.

You don't need a cover-band. The village peopleare still around. They performed at Gay Pride in Des moines back in June...and then looted an indie-organic grocery store to have an orgy of 200+ people.

I am actively seeking a "new" daily driver. In my household we currently have my 1989 Mitsubishi Precis, my husband's 2001 Honda Insight, and our Sunday car of a 2008 Chrysler Sebring hardtop. We also have our names on the titles to his old 1991 Mitsubishi Galant SVR my niece drives and a 2002 Daewoo Leganza I…
I have found the opposite to be true in my lifetime.
Nope... still hasn't happened.
Loving the M. Bison image from the Street Fighter film. LOVE IT. That and Biodome were Kylie Minogue's entries into mainstream USA studio acting... Didn't last. Oh, and did you notice how the mom from That '70s Show played Pauly Shore's hot girlfriend in Biodome a mere 6 years before becoming Eric Foreman's mom. …
Chrysler of the '80s & '90s is what made me WORSHIP that company...to this very day.
7... You forgot Alfa Romeo...whom we have to thank for the upcoming Dodge Magnum (nee` Nitro).
If I knew how to promote you, I would. I concur with this fellow!
Yet it still won't get rid of the bastardizing 1997 black plastic cladding around the wheel wells or rear door handles. The added power is beyond welcome (even in super-crazy size), and the execution of the Juke in terms of design and fit & finish is what made me give it one of the most heart-wrenching thumbs-down…
It's too big (as in weight for sure) for the tiny engin it has which gets winded at 55mph.
Yeah, that' the joke aspect of why I made my initial comment. The artificial performance allure of the trim was very laughible about the Rallye & Expresso trims—it had to be thrown into the conversation to put a smirk on everyone's face. It wasn't meant to be taken seriously—it was merely in jest.
Personally, it is just because I thought the Malibu Maxx was a competent vehicle with a quirky design. I think of it as a Saab 9-3 Viggen, but only 1/3 as cool and only slightly more reliable.
No, the shifter looks completely out of place in this vehicle—as does the dash's instrument panel.
I'm not cussing you out—I'm merely elaborating on my initial comment, so my point was clearly stated to avoid any possible twists you might have wanted to me in.
