Everyone knows Queen Victoria was a werewolf.

@kittyclaws: Probably, but that's not what the logline says. And given the crap that's on TV (not all TV, but I'm talking lowest-common-denominator), I am not inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt.

@LucyFlawless: I Hate That I Love You, from 20th Television, was also ordered to pilot by NBC.

This is the time of year when all the networks order a bunch of shows to pilot. This means that the pilot episode will get made, and about 1/3 of those will be ordered to series. So just because it's a pilot doesn't mean you'll see it on TV. That is the background for what I am about to tell you:

@duetoprivacy: Funny story: this change affects a lot of people in the area, and I was discussing with my friends, including a married couple.

@duetoprivacy: I am in the process of switching from a bank to a credit union. I know the credit union I went to opened up a checking and savings account for me no problem, but did check my credit to see if I qualified for a second checking account. (I like having a separate account tied to my PayPal so if anything

Why ever is that awful man honking? Clearly, I am going just the right speed for my hair to be windswept. If I go any faster it might become snarled, and then we all might as well give up on fashion and move back into caves!

@xprincessxjulzx: There are horrible drivers everywhere, but in LA everyone gets a LOT of practice, so that helps.

WATCH the woman addicted to eating couch cushions!

@englishbreakfasttasteslikedarj...: Is he actually arguing that it is men's natural state to murder women and babies? Because I'm pretty sure only serial killers say things like that.

@emilyemcmahon: Just like McCarthy! Oh man, that was hysterical, how he ruined all those lives and helped enact policies that still make it difficult to embrace religious freedom in this country. I swear, we, as a nation, only just stopped giggling over that one.

@so much honey: Thank you. It's good to have a perspective from the other side. I am at least heartened to know that she CAN tell me when she's not up for seeing me, because I know she's not pushing herself too far because of me. And that is something I absolutely do not want her doing.

@MissBuckyC: I had dinner there earlier this week (her parents are still staying with her, to help her recuperate, and they cooked) and will likely see her next weekend at the very latest. It's not so much that I don't get to see her, as I'm sad that she doesn't have the energy to do stuff yet.

@MissBuckyC: I sort of felt that way when I got a COTD, because telling people in real life would cause them to know my name here in about a half a second. From which, they could learn WAY too much about me.

I e-mailed my friend to ask if she wanted to do something small this weekend, and she wrote back to say thanks, but she's really not up for it yet. I'm kind of bummed. I mean, I know she had major surgery. (She had a massive brain tumor removed mid-December.) And yet, the fact that she's not recovered that much yet

Wait - he told them his real name and his professional name? Then what's the point?

I've read an interpretation of the "Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman" passage of the Bible that says it's misinterpreted, and it originally said, "do not lie with a man where you lie with a woman." The argument is that it wasn't about the act of sex with a man, but defiling the marital bed that was the

@kv8246: The part that depresses me is the number of people who would say that fewer women having abortions because of parental notification laws, mandatory waiting periods, ultrasounds, or just lack of access equals victory.

I'm pretty sure trying to prevent anyone from watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer is the actual work of Satan.
