I just read an article here on Gizmodo I think which pretty much said the government is asking companies to provide the key for the encryption which means, they can decrypt any HTTPS connection. It is scary where we are going, and more scary how no one seems to care =/

I agree - these are no longer being made, and they sell for $600 (well, people are *trying* to sell them for that). I got two of these - and their outdoor sound quality is amazing. Indoors they are *extremely* bass-heavy - which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Agreed. We used this boombox when houseboating over the weekend. Friday-Sunday on battery power and still plenty of power left. Sound is also excellent.
