So, Chiwetel Ejiofor is playing the alien of the title role, named Faraday, like in the movie from ‘76, starring David Bowie. But Bill Nighy is playing Thomas Jerome Newton, which is the name Bowie’s alien character took on Earth.

A local fast food chain (ok, they have two locations in the KC Metro) does a side of Fried Pickles and Jalapeños that is amazing, but served in a basket that’s way too much for one person.

Fun story - Coming back from a late night rave (remember, the 90s), driving along a highway, a deer hit my car - ran into us about where the right front fender met the front passenger door.
