Without the 2 million the kid goes on Medicaid and taxpayers foot the bill, though.

The Audi guy reached for the guy's camera. That's assault.

I'd be OK with the Lambo driver calling the cops. But vigilante justice rarely works out well.

In the US you do not need permission to photograph people or things in public. I worked in Montvale NJ and routinely used to snap BMW test mules with my pro-oriented rig. They didn't like it, but they weren't a-holes about it.

Some people just HAVE to be in a relationship, friends be dammed. Sucks. I'm amazed at how many grown-ups don't actually have any real friends. Acquaintances, sure, but friends? Nope.

You'll probably have to find another job, though. Sucks, but that's the way it is.

If you tell the guy you're going to use the gun in a crime, then yes, he can be prosecuted.

Yes, it opens a can of worms. AFAIK there's no easy way to rescind a model release that was freely given. Still, "don't put pictures of naked people on the internet without their permission" doesn't seem like an undue burden to me. Different issue. You don't need model releases from people appearing in public, unless you're using the image for advertising.

Do you have a signed model release from the person in the picture? No? Then they didn't consent.

IE, it was made in a "two party consent" state?

He's in the entertainment business, essentially. Contracts in that business always have a "morals" clause, because what you say and do in your private life, if made public, can affect your marketability. People won't want you if they think you're a jerk.

Anything Tyler can speculate, analysts in Russia and China can, too.

I like the way you think.

IIRC the LM002 solved that problem with a v12 marine engine. Probably not doable with today's emissions requirements, though.
