Was she the one that said, “if they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun?”

Yep. I doubt the words “alt-right” or “Cernovich” were spoken once by Disney heads when they discussed firing Gunn.

Between angry parents and offended rape victims, I’m sure they had plenty on their hands to worry about this vague blanket term “alt-right.”

To be fair, if you read comments on Twitter and comment sections; the people offended by his tweets seem to be from all areas of the political spectrum. Older parents and rape victims seem to be more offended than the “alt-right.”

The “alt-right” is irrelevant in this.

The far-left are the new puritans. Heck, even conservatives aren’t going around trying to shut down the most harmless of college speaking engagements.

The students put the presentation together. The “power dynamic” seems irrelevant.

Contrary to some beliefs, white-knighting is not a cure for terminal virginity, but nice try.

That would be brilliant (in a twisted way) if the young women picked out these images knowing they’d get their boss in trouble.

Might as well call them Greek braids since they were in Greece long before Africa. Regardless, this whole thing is pathetic. None of the people whining about this crap have ANY say outside of their apparent need to be perpetually offended.

It’s more than ironic. It’s SAD.

If you play guitar and are hanging around with cool, adult musicians - “culture appropriation” will NEVER come into discussion.

Lots of things are very problematic about “culture appropriation.”

“Basic human rights and living conditions should not be dependent on the charity of rich people.”

More like women victimization culture (i.e. “feminism”) keeps women whining about how awful men are while depending on them in every aspect of their lives.

You sound like an awful teacher. I hope you’re still not teaching.

That “toxic work environment” just got a whole lot less toxic with the firing of this girl. I’ll be surprised if she works in the gaming industry again.

And they’d be well within their right to hire an adult attorney with thicker skin.

I get the feeling the person you’re trying to have a discussion with is probably VERY young. Give the boy time.

No need to get so insecure and defensive about somebody’s ideas about narrative structure. I take it you got fired from the video game industry, too?

Your comment is more condescending and idiotic that anything Deroir said.
