I loved Owlboy, but I thought the Spike Lee remake was trash.
Hitman was fantastic, though the story is... well, let’s just be charitable and call it a “slow burn.”
I was hoping Hitman: No Subtitle’s episodic format actually being good would make the list. This game might have legitimately surpassed Blood Money for me, and I think the release format played at least some small part in that. Made me milk every ounce of game out of it, and what a game it was.
Hell or High Water was so fucking good.
