If he paid everyone back, he would have very little cash compared to his claimed net worth.

After research last year, there’s apparently around $1.8B owed to over 150 “owned” and paid back all of his creditors, I doubt he would have more than $10M in liquid cash. It simply isn’t possible he has any of his own money.
