I'm done with this show. The most sinister thing the bad guys have done is give a girl amnesia — a soap opera plot — and then they immediately fixed it.

Didn't the deadline used to be December 1st? I gave up because I had no hope of writing 3k words by that deadline.

@thethirdchimpanzee: I'm just red/green colorblind. I can't tell the two apart, nor can I tell apart colors made with mixes of those colors (yellow and brown). I rely on brightness, mostly. Red looks very dark to me, so I'm probably mostly missing the red cones.

@Pope John Peeps II: After 40 pushups I could swear that I saw flashing lights, but they still weren't colored. :)

@rwald: Xtranormal has emotes. They also have the ability to record your own voiceovers. If you see an Xtranormal animation where the characters do nothing and it's using those awful computer voices, it's because the person who made the video doesn't give a damn.

I have my special edition DVD copy of Tron, and I've lent it out to young friends who never saw the film. Yes, it's dated, but it's still cool.

@ShanaLD: A story told from the devil child's point of view would have to center on a sympathetic devil child. An evil one wouldn't carry an audience's interest. Hellboy's a perfect example, in my opinion.

The flashbacks were bad, and they would be enough reason for me to hate this show. (I'm also guessing that because of the narrative leaping around in time, the secret will have something to do with time travel.)

@I_Like_TDs: I get the feeling that the movie 'Devil' is Shyamalan's last chance for redemption. If it fails his name is mud. At least, we can hope.

People who play Dwarf Fortress already know all about the huge magma ocean. It's the only place you can mine adamantine, but if you dig too deep and too greedily the horrors that live in the pits will come out and demolish you.
