I currently love 3D, and hope it sticks around for a bit longer. Bring on the clearanced 3D-less, Internet App-less HDTVs!

That was a good call. The XBLA remake was near perfect. Bots, challenges, couch coop... you know, features FPS games used to have. I would just leave the franchise on a high note. No need to XCOMify a sequel and ruin it for everyone.

@excel_excel: Time, not space. No, I have no idea...

@yanipheonu: That's a great question that has been left out of way too many board room meetings the last couple years...

It's also worth noting that everything bought from the Aksys Games website until March 24 will go 100% towards the charity effort in Japan. Much of the store has also been put on sale to promote it:

No English noun or adjective in the title = won't be stocked at Kmart.

I'm loving Atelier Rorona so far, even with the loading screens every 5 seconds. It's the best RPG since Nier. If Qoga turns out to be decent, and with the next Disgaea around the corner, I have nothing to complain about.

@Cptn.Rhodes: I'm with you, with a few minor revisions:

It is beautiful for sure, but Infinity Blade is far from having console-style gameplay. You can 'beat' the game in 20 minutes. From there, you play the game through again, getting more money and buying more items. Much like every other game in the App Store. The enemies have the same moves every time, and your

Playing NEStalgia. Curse you Kotaku, for this new addiction.

@earle117: Take some time to watch a few episodes of Better Off Ted on Netflix. It has a lot of the qualities that made Arrested special (not just the casting), though less story driven.

@Paradox me: Their minds too blown for average food, each developer received nutrients intravenously from a 2-liter of Shasta.

Emulators should run better on the iPad 2, you say...

It is not yet supported on 4.2.1. The Skyfire browser does a decent job of playing flash videos, but still can't load flash on web pages like Frash.

I sure hope there isn't a new console from nintendo, microsoft, or sony. Let the new handhelds burn for a few years before thinking about consoles. The new Epic demo was great, but it's hardly a massive leap in technology from what we have. I can't see a good reason to force developers into learning new tools, or

Hooray, nice read. Just making a public service announcement won't fix it though. As long is there is anonymity over the Internet, there is no inhibitor for people's evil/angry/hateful/argumentative side... You have the courage to use your real name when you blog. How many of those who replied to the concerned web

@Kovitlac: I haven't played it myself, but according to internet murmur, you may want to look at Cross Edge.

@Nameloi: Then you're in luck, because it runs on Windows, FreeBSD, OS X and Linux:

Where in NC is this? We could really use the jobs... Although this sounds like it could just be a huge server farm with two guys doing installs.
