This is hardly surprising. Some people will simply not pay for something they can find for free, be it a charitable cause or not. They will always behave that way anonymously over the Internet. Luckily, it never detracts from sales of these great games.

Is that one of the cousins from Breaking Bad?

Edit: Deleted for double posting. Bad Gawker, bad.

I'm sorry, double post. What is going on with Gawker today...

@smithy cat: He was, but then he got elected.

The problem isn't even the hardware of software. It's the price of those relative to the PSP-3000. If you're not going to manufacture discs, cases, and manuals, and don't have to ship them out to retailers, consumers should see a significant discount when they purchase games. But they don't.

@dajungki: I guess I'll have to push through it then, if the Dark Knights are really that great. An all Dark Knight / Calculator party does sound lovely.

@dajungki: I just picked that up as well, and was thoroughly disappointed. Granted the original is my favorite game of all time, so it was going to suffer from high expectations. Still, the only thing I like about it is the new cutscenes (haven't tried multiplayer yet). They are fantastic.

Car trip to the grandparent's for Mother's Day. This means Jeanne d'Arc and... Pangya. Laugh all you want, but golf RPGs are awesome and you know it.

Protip: Any colored hex connected to a terminal gives that terminal's bonus to any units in adjacent same-colored hexes.

Besides the installation limit, this seems like a decent use of DRM (if that exists). I can forgive the installation limit as well since they will be issuing a patch later, and 5 activations at a time isn't very restrictive. This just prevents people from uploading keys with torrents of the game when it's popularity

You say "fondly-remembered" is if we aren't still playing it.

@natedogXVI: Personally, I'd like to see Nolan North's acting ability first. If he could pull it off, it would be amazing. If it doesn't live up to his voice acting talent, however, Nathan Fillion is absolutely the best actor on the planet for this role.

I love playing as an old guy. I will never complain about the protagonist being someone other than a scantily clad girl or teenage boy. I'm not that old, but I can identify with him much more than the main characters of most RPGs. The average age of gamers is rising, why aren't the protagonists?

Breath of Fire

I'm with "Rosie." At this point I am unemployed and have little to no control over my own life. I am constantly being turned down for employment by businesses, yet in video games I can set world records. Sure, this may be counterproductive to my situation. My time could be much better spent pursuing my life goals

Will 2011 see eBay filled with RARE and OOP floppy discs?

If I had one genie wish, it would be to have infinite genie wishes. Then I would use one to make Activision and Infinity Ward disappear. I would reallocate all the employees and IPs to other developers (except Call of Duty, that one can just die already).

@GohanEgret: This seems very likely. I'll be sure to get it on xbox just to hear kids tell me I'm a $&*# tornado spamming #*$. Then, satisfied, I'll exchange it for ps3.
