One of my best friend’s cousin was on a road trip and pulled over to the side of a highway to catch some sleep, later another driver drifted off the road and rear-ended his van. The van was towed to an impound lot after the accident, with his body in the back.

That increase of .4 of a person is indeed not the percentage, the percentage increase from .287 to .656 is calculated as a 128% increase. That is a pretty substantial increase, yes?

I dont about all of that, I bought a car from a dealer in Novemeber (paid cash) and they processed the title, but never sent it to me so I could register the car. Luckily, when attempting tonresolve the issue I got very helpful county clerk on the phone and they expedited it.
