They should keep it on the calendar... but have them race shifter carts!
Get rid of the related articles in the body of the article I am currently reading. It's terrible and I'm sure you'll find almost all readers agree. That's what a sidebar or the bottom of the page is for. Also, often the related articles are just older coverage of the issue at hand, so there is no way I would click on…
Has a cop ever recognized you during a stop? That would throw a wrench in your plan!
A lot of drivers hate cyclists. A lot of cyclists hate drivers. Then there's Emma Way, who hates cyclists so much that she hit one with her car, drove away, and bragged on Twitter about how it wasn't her problem because the cyclist "doesn't pay road tax." Unfortunately for Emma, her local police also use Twitter.
I am flying from BOS, so it is reasonable to think that that is one of the few flights jetblue does out of DCA.
It being DCA? I'm flying jetblue there.
Dulles? I think. I didn't cheat, but I am flying to DCA next week.
I was dubious until I read the article.. If someone has a strong accent the cities would sound very similar. They had also just completed a transatlantic flight and were probably exhausted.
Haha.. I am from Boston and completely understand this mix up. They're practically the same name! :-P
It's awesome to hear from a driver in the series on this one. Thanks for the contribution!
Basically, I don't think the increase in 4 cylinders will affect your dinosaur v12's and v8's, especially in enthusiast cars, so I don't think this should be a conflict for you.
This doesn't mean there won't be any high power engines. Really it means that six cylinders are being replaced by four cylinders. If high power is what you are after, you can already, and will be able to, buy a car that can roast your tires in a second. The specific output of engines is increasing every year, so for…
Why is is sad?
Why shouldn't they become smaller and smaller? Specific output is increasing every year, so assuming your power demands don't increase, the motors should get smaller. I have no need for a 600 hp rocket as my DD.
Hahahaha and I just realized your handle.
Yeah, I mean I agree that it seems like you should be able to get the jump on them, but everything I've seen, and what I've experienced in cycling, indicates that you can't. The drag reduction is huge.
Nope, wouldn't work, because all they would need is for you to pull ahead for them to set a better time.
Someone sees you make a break for it, hitches a ride on your wake and snatches the win from you.
But in this case they were competing for victory. They weren't following team orders. Racing for victory does not mean bouncing it off the limiter and driving your tires off every turn.
