Don’t know what happened after, but I really doubt they sued anyone. Very poor people and even poorer claim/suing culture in my country. People rarely know what their rights are and they don’t rely on the authorities to help them as well.

Neighbours. Silos went up after the house was built, that is why I am saying regulations were violated and nobody gave a shit, until people died. Then they tore the down due to their proximity to even other houses.

Honest question: What is the nearest distance at which you are not able to see over the hood anymore? Seems kinda impossible to park this thing without hitting the sidewalk.

I remember when a corn silo failed near my place. There was a small house next to the silo (a big no no, but the current state of government safety regulations is ridiculous in my country), which was inundated, with two members of the family living there dying smothered in their sleep. Just atrocious.

With that front, I hardly think they would have hit the market in Europe. Regulations would have gutted the looks over concerns for pedestrians’ safety and what not, lack of A pillars etc. Still though, would have been something special.

Isn’t there a rule that once a car has been matriculated somewhere abroad, it is automatically road legal as well where it visited? At least that’s how it works over here. I dunno what the procedure is for the US.
