The bricking is likely temporary, but they did use their personal consoles for the testing purposes.

Yeah, what you said is off basis. They didnt threaten any of their customers. They punished people who broke a Legal Non Disclosure Agreement.
If you read the article, the main reason for bricking of their personal console, was the fact that their personal console was what they were using to do the testing.
People always go with the, why dont the heroes show up in each others movies argument, and i think there are some very easy valid points as to those answers.
Well he clearly sees the danger. He just think the potential to make the avengers obsolete and create lasting peace outweighs the danger. He thinks he can handle whatever is thrown at him and that is kind of what its about, that mistake of thinking he is too good for consequences.
Well considering this was their way of introducing the Vision, and the fact that he is supposed to be appearing in several of the upcoming movies i think he will get some time to get expanded upon at least.
In comparison to a lot of it he seems pretty formidable, considering he was able to get away several times from the full group by forcing them to go play hero instead of chasing them. It shows more intelligence in how he handles them, than most of the other villains showcased had really done.
Or its a different upcoming champ, which they have been known to do on occasion.
To be fair they were pretty actively joking, and it was more a take on the character and a few things, than anything about Scarlett. And they admitted they took it too far.
While i do agree with the, if its a joke, its a FU worthy one. It honestly is a little hard to tell if they are joking or not. It is technically dated March 31st not April 1st for it. So who knows. But ya, if it isnt real. Eff them.
Thanks for that interesting look into GDC, as someone trying to get into that circle myself, i am always curious on how things go at those side of the conventions. Its fascinating, in what has been fairly difficult times for a lot of people that they keep getting the passion to come back and try harder than ever.
I think to make it closer to SAO you would have to make it a little more playable perhaps than 8 players at a time.
I would hope something like this would be free, because i cannot see people paying for a game they are not allowed to play past the one time, and a specially chosen one time at that.
More likely well see a more subtle version of a reboot. If they do include the origin part it would be a 5 min similar to what the incredible Hulk did. Which would work pretty well.
He doesn't quite fit the modern day though since he is the 2099 one. So its doubtful that he would be the one they use.
They could easily go the route of the origin like Incredible Hulk did. They did the origin as basically part of the intro +intro credits. Got it all done in 5 minutes and then went on to do new stuff. Honestly that is probably the best way to take it.
Nothing against you my friend, but that just didnt quite reach my funny bone. Though i will say it is far from enough to see if she if she will do well in a ghostbusters role.
Those are a very different crew, you are right.
I Just wished they had kept to the original idea and worked as the new team of Ghostbusters going from the old one. I would have gotten behind that one a lot more.
But a real question is that, Sure they are funny. But would they be funny in a Ghostbusters role. Would that more intellectual humor mixed with situations and a little bit of droll fit those actresses.
