Can we please include people who call 911 with vague assumptions as a serious fucking problem that needs to be addressed. We’ve all had that neighbor. The nosy asshole with nothing better to do than stare out the window all day with “solutions” looking for problems.

My principles versus my wife’s desire for a new car and her lack of patience for my cheapness were alll coming to ahead. And so, I swallowed my pride.

The biggest disappointment?

Shopping for a used 3-series (or really anything German) is immensely frustrating. Too many build configurations and finding what you want in good condition for a reasonable price is needle in a haystack.

My wife wanted a C-Max and we found one in the next big city over about 100 miles away. On Craigslist it was listed for $12,950 and on their website it was listed for $13,800. The $12,950 price was really good, even the $13,800 was pretty good but dealers near us were close to that number$14,250. So my wife submits

After buying cars for over 20 years, falling for TrueCar’s scheme. I registered just to see what people were paying for a 2017 BRZ. After registering, the first thing I saw was “Our TrueCar dealer partners will be calling you shortly with a special price for you.”

Aside from the manual/automatic thing, for me it’s dealer ads filled with a bunch of bullshit like listing all the features that come standard for all trim levels anyway... particularly when it’s combined with wordy bullshit like “THIS BEAUTIFUL CLEAN CAR COMES WITH HALOGEN HEADLAMPS, RADIAL TIRES, SAFETY GLASS, POWER

“Call for price” is an automatic no deal. I dont have the time/patience to deal with the kind of asshole who makes me call for such a simple thing as asking price. Same thing for listing the mileage as “1" or “0".

The no lowballerz crew

“Call for Price”

I love it - Hamilton Nolan is advocating for independence for one of the wealthiest areas in Spain, who want independence because they feel they pay too much in taxes.

Show me the money.

While I tend to agree about self-determination, Balkanization would inevitably lead to more extreme variation in prosperity. Take the US, for example; if, say, California seceded from the union, federal money which props up Mississippi would be significantly cut.

Yes this is why I’m a sovereign citizen. I have conducted a fair and proper democratic vote of all citizens in the nation of Moon Conspiracies and we/I overwhelmingly voted to free myself from the constrictions of taxes and stop signs. Viu la independència!

Don’t be. These seperatists are a bunch of sanctimonious assholes. The whole movement really only got rolling at around 2010-2012, before that they were fine with being an autonomous region. They only started to really care when the financial crisis hit and they being the most prosperous part of Spain feeling like

And what if people are getting defensive about their lane 2 miles back? Or 3? Look at all that wasted asphault!

Why? Why waste all this road space? You're only making traffic jams longer than they need to be...

lol, new writer

The older ones are just that: competent point-a-to-point-b transportation.

That last part you describe in relation to computers is exactly what this article is for, but in relation to cars.
