I hate the idea of a choice system...
I want a story, the story of that character. The entire reason i play JAPANESE RPGs.

eh, most western games only offer superficial tacked on choice that doesn't even factor in the end. the amount of games that use player choice as an actual interesting mechanic aren't really as common as people percieve, I think.
