Wait, wait, you mean that you actually expect people to play a 40 dollar single player game more than once? You expect people to explore the maps, to try exploring different ways to play the same mission and to try beating their best scores?

That was one of the biggest problems I had with the ending. Megatron was pleading for his life and with out a self righteous speech ripe with righteous indignation reminding Megatron of all the reasons he deserves no mercy, hell, with out even a word, Optimus kills Megatron like it was nothing to him (even after we…
I mean, if you put it that way, yeah. But shit covered in stripper glitter is still shit.
It always amazes me to see the real world inspiration of these places from various anime and JRPGs. Lots of anime draw inspiration directly from these places and the manner in which they are recreated can really help to bring a show to life.
They could just as easily punished thousands of workers who, in no way shape or form, influence the company's decision making. Instead they chose to pass the burden upon themselves for allowing those decisions to be made.
I don't understand, rather than taking the cut himself why wouldn't he simply punish all of the low level peons and parasites by laying them off? Doesn't he know that by taking reduced pay he's demotivating himself where as by cutting the pay all together of his worthless peons he's motivating them to pick them selves…
Don't we already have one of these? I think it's called New Zealand...
Awesome.
So long as you can write a competent fan fiction they'll let anyone in the door, these days. For fuck sake there's an official Star Trek comic where the entire crew is gender swapped. Hell, if you needed further proof look at the 2 Star Trek movies JJ Abrams wrote. Yes, everyone loves Wrath of Khan, JJ, that doesn't…
It's a design choice, not a design flaw like so many like to pretend it is. Tales of Xillia and Tales of Graces F both had on screen enemies that brought you into random battles but evading them never brought me any sense of joy or triumph. Maybe if evading the on screen enemies were more involved than simply running…
I don't know about you but if they gave Sonic green shoes after of years of his red shoes with the stripe I can clearly see fans flipping their shit. But those articles would be serve to point out the absurdity of those reactions than anything. At least that's what I'd take out of it.
Art style, music, world and character depth all build atmosphere to a much greater degree than HDR or 1080p resolutions. If immersion is the goal than those factors should be build up. Sadly, those concepts are expensive and subjective.
If the entire experience can be ruined by the graphics looking amazing but not perfect or as good as on another system then the game probably wasn't that interesting to begin with.
As a huge fan of JRPGs, Dynasty Warriors and many classic PC games from the early turn of the century (such as Free Space, Home World, and Aquanox) graphics have never been a huge deal to me and I'm easily impressed by what some hardcore technophiles would consider to be sub par or "short cuts" or "cheats" around some…
It's no less probably than anything that's currently happening. Perhaps the phrase should have been more along the lines of "I wouldn't be surprised if they were already doing that or had already tried"
Not persay. I mean even the most generic FPSs have different levels, different stories and the like. Sonic is a very different bird than Mario which plays nothing like Contra with is nothing like Braid.
You had my at John Cleese. All other names are tertiary or inconsequential. If they let John Cleese contribute to the writing of his character in any way his character will, no doubt, be amazing.
It's almost right out of Ni No Kuni!
Another thought.
Because those games were never dicks to all of those other games they all gave up their claims to the word saga. I'm actually surprised King isn't collecting royalties on all of those games our of principle and fear of their brand being damaged.
