!

Color me impressed.

But, you know, some company made a metric fuck ton of money developing and producing those uniforms and in the end isn't that what truly matters?

Yeah..... because that's totally possible with out time travel!

I'm still convinced this was their plan the whole time, to let fans down with an ending that would make NGE's ending look good so they could sell them a better one later.

You should absolutely watch G Gundam! If you're a fan of over the top, hot blooded fighting anime or super robot anime then this is right up your ally! What it lacks as Gundam it makes up for as being something else.

I mean I love me some Zeta but I remember hearing somewhere that they wanted him to play differently and not like another Zeta because they wanted to make the 00 suits feel different than the UC suits so they didn't include him. I suppose I can respect that reasoning.

So very appropriate, indeed.

So why will we never get this game?

Ah but the problem isn't that it gives such high scores to games on the Xbox but that it gives high scores to games on the Xbox that they WANT to sell.

There's evolution vs sudden change. If you put FF's battle system in a flip book you could slowly see it morph while other games that change things often make a much more drastic change all at once.

I don't know, I keep hearing bis, AAA developers say this kinda junk and then when the game comes out it's not much harder at all (or the mechanics are simply borked).

I've only ever held a few of the actual physical magazines in my hands in my life time and flipped through them. A friend of mine, however, works at a Game stop and frequently flips through them. He says that it if you read the magazine there is a clear agenda behind each article.

When you try to make a game that appeals to everybody it usually winds up appealing to nobody (unless it's a shooter).

Well the Official Xbox Magazine review is, clearly, not biased. I mean what would they have to gain from making the game more attractive than it really is?

It's bittersweet, though, in the strength the characters have to endure their hardships. They support each other and encourage each other to keep going no matter what. That is what I like about JRPGs, that even when the chips are down the characters don't lose hope (or if they do they regain in through some later

I'll assume that EA and Activion might have some things to sort out with all of those shooters they like to pump out. Then again, they'll probably leave each other be and, instead, focus on the little guys who make games that mimic their own game design mechanics by ripping off things such as online death matches,

Shitty controls aside, it's a fracking tank game. You're not piloting a robot, it's a tank. If they never told you the think had legs you'd be none the wiser you were in a giant robot. They did everything they could to downplay the fact that you're in a tank and it shows.

A bunch of the older games were just put up on STEAM, so there could be hope. I mean maybe it's a sign that Japan finally figured out that you have to get a name around a little bit before you can expect a game to sell and they released those games to help to introduce people to the brand.

Probably not, but for most people job security and eating is more important than a clear conscience or treating your fans with respect. It's a shame, too, because I do believe that most mid-low echelon workers in the game industry truly do want to have some sort of pride in the work they do but the people above them
