Well that sells it, then. I'll wait until the Wii U comes out to get this game!

Execution and implementation are what matters. A complex, multi leveled story can be just as good as a more simple one if either is written well and executed properly.
Reminds me of Valkeria Chronicles. God I love that game! It's sad when a game that is a cartoony, caricature of Europe is more daring and willing to touch on some of the less flashy and exciting aspects of war than one of our Modern, Gritty, HD, Dubstep Rehashed shooters. You had the back room politics, racism, the…
That's not the point. I'm not saying either is more creative, I'm saying both should have their share of influence in the market.
In some of the older games your cities would actually create pollution that would spread to other tiles. I know Civilization Call to Power featured waste becoming a problem at some point but it also offered some cheap fix that eliminated waste, like, 10 turns after that waste started to become a problem.
Hmmm the Three Kingdoms Strategy, eh? Yeah that could go on for a while.
No, it would not be healthy if we all played JRPGs (they'll rot you brain, for realz).
Western Market games to look forward to this year and beyond:
I remember hearing that it doesn't have a US release date but an European one. You know, I already did this rant but I'll abridge it.
I like the way it's colored. It has a very retro Atari look to it. Tis a shame I don't play fighting games, but it might be fun for some old school arcade games if I had the money to waste on a control I'd play 8-bit on.
Compare this all to the 5, brown shooters and 3, or so, original titles that we can look forward to from western developers and tell me we're better than them.
Zeta Gundam. Depressed Tamino makes some of the best shows.
Hey I matter to me!
Was she the one who did the video about the Power Puff Girls where she criticized them for living in a world free of sexism, or something, then they learned about sexism from Miss Bellum, or something to that effect?
I'd follow you to zombie hell and back, oh fearless leader!
It's funny, because in the Civ games researching the internet always gives you a bonus to science and culture. Nay nay, that's not how it works. The internet should give you a penalty to culture and an additional penalty when you research smart phones.
Not amused.
OMG my friend didn't know that part 2 was on the same day (and up next no less) he freaked!
Same here. It's why my choice of games tend to have as little basis in contemporary reality as possible. I don't want to be reminded by what's happening on the TV. I want to get away from it. I want to fight robots, interact with color characters and I want my heroes to stand for things (and maybe even use impossibly…
Oh yeah they make great fingers. It was strange for me to see that too, though, because I had always attributed them with legs it was like seeing some kinda giant golem with legs for fingers. Very strange indeed.
