You are very obviously a pure consumer and have never seen the other side of the coin. All of this fingerpointing crap between large bandwidth consumers (Netflix, Youtube) and ISPs (VZ, ATT, etc.) isn't good. The implications reach far beyond simple bandwidth availability.
