I actually DO feel this cynical about the storyline of “Silent Hill 2” and shit. People adore that, but most of it is just interpretations they made up with minimal support. It’s fanon.

Not sure how Mighty No. 9 looks “rough.” It looks really really fun to me.

In that case, Lois Lane and Superman don’t really exist, so the entire post is a lie.

Well, he’ll always be the superior Jim Rhodes no matter what anyone says or does about it, so he’s got that goin’ for him, which is nice.

Yeah, this doesn’t “redeem” Lois as Evan claims - it just makes her an asshole. I’m with you on the TAS version being the best. And I completely agree with your mom about Margot Kidder - ugh, that was awful casting. Not that the film doesn’t have other problems in retrospect, but that was the biggest misstep. You can

Yeah, it was really cool how DC was actually moving forward once upon a time - they didn’t feel the need to maintain a single “status quo” anymore. Too bad that didn’t last, of course.

For decades, Lois Lane’s been the butt of jokes involving Superman’s double identity. A Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter who gets fooled by a pair of glasses? Come on, girl. This week, Lois puts it all together. And, yeah, she’s pissed.

I am grateful for this post because it convinced me to completely avoid a game I was otherwise planning to play when all the episodes were out.

I sing this song EVERY TIME anyone mentions ANY VERSION of Dr. Mario.

Ok, I’m suddenly interested in the new WWE game for the first time in over a decade.

It’s a part-flesh/part-hydraulic-piston phallus with polymorph metal qualities so it can become ribbed or studded as he sees fit.

Based on those few sample pages, the art is fantastic and the writing is deeply lacking. Hmmm. I’ll have to look up a more extensive preview.

Let me be among the first to say “I never particularly cared for it.”

There is zero evidence that there’s anything untoward about how Go Set a Watchman came about, but plenty of theories that there MUST BE something untoward.

Shenmue always deserves real money.

I paid the seven dollars for the region-free loader and imported the European Shenmue II to play on my DC.

In Hades, you can kick him into the river of lava and kill him yet again.

You wind up killing that very same Sea Captain OVER and OVER and OVER throughout the course of the series. You travel to Hades, find him there, and Kratos tortures him by submerging him in lava. You battle an enemy with the ability to raise the dead, and he chooses to raise a ghoulish version of the captain who cries

Kratos was evil in the very first game, and is shown to have no remorse for viciously. killing innocent people pleading for their lives right from the very first boss fight.

I can confirm that Kratos is a complete monster in every single game, and I feel deeply uncomfortable controlling him as he murders innocent people pleading for their lives.
