I suspect the writers were making the point that they wouldn’t be responsible at all.

Look... Maduro is an overtly maniacal dictator who is holding onto power at any cost and “disappearing” anyone who speaks out against him - as well as their entire families. I don’t think it’s crazy at all to believe that they’re, um, less-than-nice.

The fact that they only mention keeping the Hitman IP kind of makes me suspect that they totally saddled Square Enix with keeping the Kane & Lynch IP.

Most humans are both A) terribly evil and B) deeply stupid

They sure as hell could be. It wouldn’t take much.

This looks fun and well-made, but I agree that it ALSO points out the absurdity of how they treat fan games. “NO WAY CAN SOMEONE REMAKE METROID 2, A GAME WE ALREADY MADE, TO LOOK PRETTIER!” “Yes of course Rabbids are worthy of being featured alongside Mario because rabbids obviously mean quality.”

Despite being ubiquitous with the concept of “terribad” on the Internet, I found Mighty No. 9 to be everything it promised and more.

....no? I remember only seeing how profits sunk way down with their focus on pachinko machines, and as a result they’re once more trying to make video games, but none have emerged yet.

So they’re turning to someone who knows how to play dirty.

Presumably no second run since the declaration was “discontinued” not “halted” or “paused.”

Well observed ;)

I can definitely assure you that there have NOT been 100 worse presidents.

It’s unlikely because it’s A) a single work with no sequels/additional episodes and B) it’s not a genre film.

Does Bruce have any direct interaction with Luthor in the film, actually? I think he happens to be in the same room with him one time. Heh.

I don’t understand why this doesn’t make sense to people.

I came for Madoka’s mom, I left VERY PLEASED.

I don’t think she ever slaps Madoka... ?

Even the way he talks to Diana in Blood Money always conveyed to me a weird sense of trust between them. And obviously the fact that he tries to quit the life of killing at the end of Hitman 1 and is displeased and angered by the death of a “friend” - the priest at the start of Hitman 2 - shows his empathy and

I really loved that Absolution let us actually develop 47 and Diana as legit characters AND wrapped up storyline elements dangling from the previous games. I also love the whole “walk casual” blend-in mechanic, which feels better executed there than the similar “blend with the crowd” stuff in Asssassin’s Creed ever

I thought Blood Money and Absolution married together quite well? Aren’t they the only two that really had a tight continuity (in the sense of one leading directly into the next... although I guess you could say 1 and 2 have a similar thing, in a way)? Diana’s actions at the end of BM rolled well into the perception
