An excellent review Andrew, might I suggest you check out some Fenix products next?

I'm feeling quite a bit of Floyd's influence on that Mother Brain.

I've posted this wall o' text rant before, but it's once again relevant.

Awesome car, and it looks (from the build pics and the youtube videos) like there was plenty of attention to detail...but the price needs to be sub $10k. If this was a RWD conversion...then we could talk. Fact of the matter is, $11.5k for a 25 year old Cavalier is CP no matter how you slice it.

MagnaVolt...the final word in auto security.

Ok, here's my question...you say it gets trailered to car shows and garaged the rest of the year. So what happens next year? Are we to assume that the Mayan calendar is correct and the world will end this December? If that's the case, then why the hell do I care what said hypothetical individual tells me?! We have

No worries, glad to help. For me, it's always the front end that's the dead give away. The whole reason I know about the 150 post coupes...as I'm sure other's do, is because of the old Black Widow race cars. There was something about the non-Bel-Air styling that just made these cars look mean. For a while I was full

Sorry Sir, but $kay has it correct. What you're looking at is a 1957 150 Post Coupe with a two-tone blonde grabbing the hood and doing her best Coppertone (minus the dog) impersonation.

Truer words have never been spoken. Well said Brian.

I always put Metropolis around St. Louis or Indy. Smallville was in Kansas, with Metropolis being just far enough away for the two to have limited interaction.

While I've yet to see the new movie, Nolan specifically used the Chicago skyline for the first two. While it was not as obvious in Batman Begins (less fly over shots); The Dark Knight was basically taking place in Chicago.

Matchbox and Hotwheels ain't got nothing Johnny Lightning.

Yikes, that Sy is a complete basket case. Someone went out of their way to try and hide some terrible body work. Molded cladding on these trucks is never a good idea. Not to mention, who ever did it, had no idea what they were doing. Truck has been resprayed and has tons of decals in wrong places.

1991 GMC Syclone or 1992/93 GMC Typhoon.

My wife and myself consider Idiocracy to be a true tour-de-force in social commentary.

Hachi Machi! She has some serious Sidewinders going on.

My point is that 5 miles with an unregistered car is going to get you pulled over, and the car impounded...especially in Cook County. I wouldn't risk it, and anyone who cared about the car they were driving wouldn't either. If you notice, there is no plate on the car, just a Bow tie logo plate. This was either a low
